Who would have thought the very first air conditioned building in Milwaukee would make a great hotel nearly 100 years later? Either way, I got the opportunity to brand this cool-ass place. Combing through the historic registrar and figuring out the difference between art deco and streamline moderne, this head-to-toe branding project showed me that all those years of watching History Channel with my dad paid off.
